Fulfillment Update

Hi everyone,
Quick update: fulfillment will hopefully get started in the next few weeks. Our warehouse team gets particularly slammed this time of the year due to industry conventions that they have to work, and there were a number of fulfillments ahead of this one. With that said, they are through the bulk of that now, so we will do an update when this project officially gets underway.

If you need to update your shipping address, please DM us.
To send a DM to a Kickstarter creator, you can use the following methods based on your device:
Desktop/Mobile Web: Go to your Backed projects page, find the project, click the + button, and select Messages.
iOS App: Open the project page, tap the creator's name, and select Contact to ask a question.
Android App: Open the project page, tap the creator's name, and use the mail icon to send a message.
Fulfillment Update - LAST CALL ON SHIPPING ADDRESSES!

Hi everyone,
Books are at our warehouse, and our team is currently wrapping fulfillment on a couple of projects ahead of this one, so we'd like to do a last call on shipping addresses now. PLEASE HAVE THIS DONE BY THIS TUESDAY, AUGUST 11TH. Following this date, we will do our best to accommodate address changes, provided your package has not shipped. But once it's out the door, we can not get it back from the carrier.
If you need to change your shipping address now, you can do so by going into your BackerKit surveys (link below), or DM us here so we can assist! (must be logged in to your account for this link to work).
****Remember, the address you have your order being sent to is the one you entered into your BackerKit survey, NOT your Kickstarter account. Your address is also your responsibility. If your address is incorrect and your package is lost then a replacement package will require the full amount to be paid again, including shipping. Additionally, it is your responsibility to use a secure address where you can safely receive your order. If your package is stolen, it is your responsibility to follow up with law enforcement and the postal service. A replacement package for a stolen order will also require the full amount to be paid again, including shipping. ****
We'll have a better idea of fulfillment timing in the next week or two, so stay tuned.

Books Have Shipped From The Printer!
Good news - books have now shipped from the printer!
We estimate they will arrive at port by the end of this month, and then it will be another couple of weeks before they arrive at our fulfillment warehouse.

We're pleased to share with you all a first look at the advanced copy of the softcover proof we received from the printer. There were some minor tweaks that we've already submitted notes on, and anticipate books to go into bulk production by the end of this month.

Hi everyone,
Prepress work with the printer is nearly done, and we're waiting for an advanced copy of the books to arrive at our offices so that we can share with you all. Hoping to have these in the next few weeks, and if they look good, printing will quickly get underway!
